Learning English in Carbondale Carbondale is a good place for learning English. First, Carbondale is not a big city, so people who live in Carbondale are kind and polite. Therefore, it is easy to talk to them. For example, when I was walking down the street, many people said "hi,"so if I want to talk to them, I'd be able to do it. Second, there is little entertainment here, so students have nothing to do except for studying. The third reason Carbondale is a good place is because it has CESL.
