  Jay's Whole Life
First of all, I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Kaohshung. I graduated from graduate school in Taichung. My major was signal processing in Electrical Engineering. My English is very poor, so I would like to improve my English ability. Since I came to Carbondale, I have been studying English at CESL for one month. I enjoy studying English and after I finish, I am going to enter the Electrical Engineering department of the graduate school at SIUC. I have had a lot of fun in Carbondale, and my classmates told me that I have a good career. So, this has been my life so far.

  My Worst Trip
The worst trip for me was in Egypt. First of all, Egypt was very dirty because the street had a lot of trash and many public places were unclean, too. Even the ocean and the hotel I stayed in were dirty. Second, near the ocean is a garbage dump and the smell is disgusting. So, some young children have become sick. Third, there aren't any good or fun places. In conclusion, the experience was terrible for me. So, my trip to Egypt was my worst trip.

  Carbondale Town
Carbondale is a small town. First, there are 4 seasons. There are many university students, friendly people, nice teachers, a nice university, and young people. Carbondale is quiet, so we can study very hard. In addition, we like living in Carbondale because we can see beautiful nature, like trees, flowers, and animals like deer and squirrels. However, Winter is very rainy here. In conclusion, Carbondale has many beautiful things, so we love it here.
