No. 2 There are 3 factors, which I choose my career (Ki baek) The job is very important in my life. If I don't have a career, I can't live become enriched. So when choosing my career, I always consider 3 factors. First, that's personal satisfaction. I think that is important thing. If you don't like your job, you will no longer work anymore. Also, you will not work a long time.That will give more energy. In my case, personal satisfaction is the primary factor. Second, the next important factor is salary. This is the reward for your sacrifice. you work in your job, then you should receive your salary. Actually, it is fair. Lastly, I'd like autonomy. That means I want free time. It's difficult to balance work and rest. But, clearly, free time is good for your work and your mind. If you work all day long, maybe you are going to be crazy. So, break time allows you an amount of independence.
