When I get to a high position in the company, I can get more salary. Second I need more free time in my life. If I have no time for, I can't succeed in my job. Third, I want to get a good amount of challenge.Sometimes, if I don't have some challenge my job, I'll not feel good. In my conclusion, jobs sometimes can make us happy or sad.
